Overseas Mailers cachets are a bit unusual in that they utilize another cachet (in this case the Chickering/Jackson cachet) which is then "enhanced" with other elements, thus creating a new cachet. For this cover, color has been added to the text and Churchill's face, and a rubber stamp of Queen Elizabeth's seal has been applied.
