This cover was prepared by the city clerk in Fulton, and the cachet depicts the then-unbuilt Churchill Memorial on the campus of Westminster College. Undoubtedly this is a first (and probably last) cachet. This FDC is addressed to England, but the amount of postage is insufficient, so it's unlikely the cover actually passed through the mail.
