For Germany Czeslaw Slania has only designed one stamp (1995) commemorating the centenary of the Swedish Nobel Prize Founder, Alfred Nobel's, (1833-1896) testament.  The stamp is shown above and below in a sheet of ten stamps.  The background of the sheet shows Mr. Nobel's signature.  The similar Swedish stamp can been seen on Sweden.
