Westminster College, site of the first day ceremony for the stamp, commissioned this cachet from Art Craft. The design features a somewhat odd looking portrait of Churchill (too much hair), the Wren Church then being rebuilt on the College's campus, and Churchill's 1962 comments on the Church's relocation.
