
| This Khol Kraft cachet features some rather odd text:
"He was called a Rebel and a Tory. He used these stumbling blocks of
society, as stepping stones to fame." Just how does one's political
label become "stumbling blocks of society"? And the term 'Rebel' should
probably be 'Radical,' as that was the more common term used to
describe the Liberal Party of the early 20th century. This is not the first Khol Kraft Churchill cachet. The cachetmaker also produced a cover for Churchill's death in January 1965. |
